Summary:

Sannikov: "The pyramid is bound to collapse."

"There is a desperate situation because of the dictatorship; political prisoners are not being held, they are being killed."

"The worst mistakes of West: lifting sanctions 2015, business as usual (dirty money)."

"Sanctions help to survive in prison. Brutality is growing worse in Belarus. Lawyers being arrested, people are putting in prisons for helping families of imprisoned."

Embassies in Belarus? "Only if political prisoners are released!"

The protest activity in 2020 scares Lukashenko.

The lack of democratic system in Belarus: Separation of power is needed. How to change the system in a way that stays? "Russia is not an example. Russia remains imperialistic and aggressive. It never became democratic."

"Poland, Czech republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria... are excellent examples for Belarus with failed reforms, successful reforms... becoming democratic...

"I don't think we have anything that would be useful to take from Russia" (in terms of democratic development).
