Christmas meditation. "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:14
The word is breathed out by God (2 Tim. 3:16) and He (the Word) became
flesh. (John 1:1) The Word is God. The word of God is very important. Bereshit.
This newborn child is Lord and gives life: “You are
the Lord, you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all
their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them;
and you preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships you." Neh.
9:6.
Col. 1:16 "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth,
visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or
authorities—all things were created through him and for him."
Is. 9:6 "For to us a child is born, to us a son
is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be
called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of
Peace."
"Behold, your King is coming..." Matt.
21:5
Rev. 19:13 "He is clothed in a robe dipped in
blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God."
- This is so great. We can not fully understand. The
Scripture is wonderful, whole and deep. God is wonderful.
- Taking our sandals off. (Exodus 3:5)
"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of
grace and truth." John 1:14
