Christmas, New year and epiphany in Finland. In winter:

My body and mind wants to hibernate in this cold and dark season but the health benefits are so rewarding that I keep going on.
Grateful to have Christmas decorations, light and heat at home, but thinking of those who lack all of that because of crisis and war…
