- Today on December 13, 2025, 123 political prisoners were pardoned and released, including the head and founder of the Viasna Human Rights Center, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Ales Bialiatski, Viasna human rights center reports.
Viasna's human rights defender Uladz Labkovich and politician Pavel Seviarynets are also among the released. Most of those pardoned where deported to Lithuania and Ukraine.
There are still many innocent people imprisoned in Belarus.
