Despite the fact that Ales Michalevic is a former presidential candidate that has been tortured in Belarus' prison, and had to flee the country, he cannot travel safely because of - Interpol! He lives in exile, but he is still a prisoner.
This must be "violations of freedom of movement" or something like that or maybe illegal "restriction of personal freedom" caused by Interpol.
