Violations and abuses, war crimes, crimes against humanity, forcible transfer and deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia

Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine.

- An important and clear statement made by ambassador Vesa Häkkinen on behalf of 45 states in the OSCE. Häkkinen is a permanent representative of Finland to the OSCE permanent council in Vienna. 

Häkkinen: "This report is clear. Russia must return the children of Ukraine, to Ukraine, now."
