Freedom House designates Belarus as dictatorship

Belarus. Freedom House. Freedom in the world 2017:

"According to results of last year, Belarus has 7 points (the worst possible) on compliance with political rights and 6 points - on civil rights.

The list consists of 49 "non-free countries" including Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan. The worst situation with political and human rights is observed in Syria, North Korea and Eritrea."
