Belarus - How is the police and KGB going to use "private talk" with the opposition politicians?

This is dictatorial Belarus and KGB.

Former presidential candidate Uladzimir Nyaklyayew is summoned to police on organization of a "Free Elections" picket in Minsk. He was repeatedly proposed to come to the office. He agrees to come only in case of another summons. "I said I did not know how would they use this "private talk", if I came", Nyaklyaew pointed out.
