Belarus. Fängslat ishockey-samvete. Oppositionsmedlemmar jagas och trakasseras inför Ishockey-VM 2014 i Minsk. Dimitri Dashkevich, blivande familjefar som genomlidit ett långt fängelsestraff pga regimens provokationer efter senaste presidentval, är en av dem. Han har nätt och jämnt återhämtat sig. Nu fängslas han igen 25 dagar inför Ishockey-VM .Are you responsible for the games?
